South Tampa Needs Good Takeout Sushi!

I think those prepackaged sushi boxes you find at Publix and Fresh Market are just barely edible, but what I really miss about California is those fast takeout sushi places. You know them? Little hole in the wall, no seating, just a counter with a sushi chef behind it who makes your order fresh; the shelves are usually stocked with little Japanese snacks, like wasabi peas, Pocky sticks, etc. You can get a drink, a seaweed salad, some miso soup, and of course, sushi in a hurry, cheap and fresh.

Entrepreneurs, please, take note! Rents are low, and folks trying to save a penny might do takeout sushi over eat-in if the price and quality are right...
