Hey guys, I’m in need of a bit of help. I am fairly new to Sous vide and am currently cooking a tri tip for a group of people. I have it set at 136 for 7 hours. I just noticed that my Anova dropped to 105, I’m thinking for 45mins. I restarted it and it’s back sat 136 again
Is this still safe? I am a bit confused with the safe zone for temperatures
