So far, I've only used my wild yeast starter for pizza crusts, but I'd love to try my hand at a sourdough waffle. Does anyone have a recipe to share?
I'm also interested in the idea of a cake leavened with my starter. I'd love any recipes you'd be willing to share. Or perhaps someone could suggest how I'd go about substituting starter into existing recipes I have? How much starter per cup of flour, or how much starter equals a tsp of baking powder, etc.
