I made a sourdough* starter for pancakes and just added to it after I made the batter so that I have starter for another project. I think a pizza would be a great next project for me. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe out there? I did a google search, but prefer recommendations. Thanks
* I realize that there is much debate on whether starter made from commercial yeast is a true sourdough or not, but for lack of a better term I am using the word "sourdough".
