I'm hosting a big party this weekend and need to purchase 20 lbs or so of skirt steak and some chimichurri sauce. I know that I can get these both at Mercado Buenos Aires in Van Nuys and El Gaucho Meat Market in Redondo Beach. The latter is a little more expensive--$1 per pound more. Does anyone out there have experience/opinions about one or both places that would help me to choose between the two? El Gaucho is more expensive, but is it worth it, or is the price just due to the better location?
