Sophie's crepes and Belgian Fries

Sophie's Crepes (in the Kinokuniya center in Japantown, right next to the bookstore on the second floor) is so good! They make their crepes fresh so the crepe skin is slightly crispy, and you can watch them through the window too. :) They're the kind that are rolled up kind of like a waffle cone, so you can walk around & eat it. My boyfriend loves getting the mandarin orange & vanilla gelato crepe.

There's only brief mentions of Sophie's on the boards it seems...

Though some people on citysearch don't seem to think too much of it...

There are others who love it too...

I admit, I haven't had many crepes to compare Sophie's to but I can say they're a lot better than the ones I've had at the Crepes A-Go-Go stores in Berkeley.
