This should probably go on the Canadian Board, but I know there are some folks out there who have the low down. Has anyone been to the Sooke Harbour House near Victoria? I have heard wonderful things about it via people who have heard wonderful things about it. Any first hand experiences?
From what I know, the chef is a scuba diver and collects all of his own shellfish from the bay: mussels, sea urchin, etc. The place has a huge herb/vegetable garden also. I was just curious whether it would be worth my time to go all the way up there for the food. Any input?
