Songkran Celebration at Wat Thai in DC April 10th

Kurtis | Apr 8, 201604:28 AM     4

This is an annual Thai New Year celebration that involves cultural, religious, and of course food! I've never been to it, but came across this info yesterday when we visited My Thai restaurant in Harbor East of Baltimore (they were formerly located at Mt. Vernon but moved since the fire). I am unable to go, but sounds interesting. Has anyone been to this event in the past, how wet do you get, and most importantly, how's the food?
