Solid Bengali food

Any suggestions beyond Mai'da/Moi'da (I don't get why their sign uses the Hindi word... It should be Moi'da.) I wasn't very impressed by their stuff and one of my dishes seemed like (it definitely was) it was microwaved from the lunch leftovers (and to make matters worse it was fish. That's fine with just about any curry, but not grilled meats or fish.)

Any suggestions? In East London is a plus. No English spoken is a big plus. Crowds that eat with their hands is also a plus. Under 15 pounds without tip would be preferred with dinner, but I can go over. I would really prefer to keep this to Bengali stuff. I want a solid Bengali place that I can always rely on. Regional Sylheti restaurants are especially appreciated. London is pretty much known among Bengali's as Sylhet Abroad, yet their representation in food is pretty much nill here. Church Avenue in Brooklyn (not a big community at all) has a specifically Sylheti restaurant so there MUST be one here. There simply has to be. People are just missing it.
