I'll post the web site again so you can see exact descriptions and prices. As mentioned in the Tab article someone linked, the downstairs was closed but the upstairs is plenty big and was pretty jumping for a Wed. nite with a fairly young crowd. One huge bar and one smaller one, little banquettes to one side and regular and high tables to the other. Very dark of course but a pretty cool space, esp. for Brighton Center. This menu has something for everyone, from very basic bar food and sandwiches to more interesting apps. to pastas to entrees which are priced from about $11-16. Got the Sohotini ($7.50), which was blue and too sweet even for someone who never drinks a real martini. The chicken quesadilla was full of chicken but had salsa made for people in Iceland. The double thick pork chop w/ onion rings, mashed potato and veggies was very good except for the overcooked vegs. Too bad my friend's mushroom risotto was heavy and just didn't taste great. Got the toffee bread pudding w/ ice cream and whipped cream for dessert ($5.95) and it was quite good altho also a little on the heavy side. But the toffee taste was great. Service was pretty good, they held the door for us as we left. Nothing earth shattering but decent and well priced, esp. if you live in the area.
