Smoked White Fish Carcass

I bought a smoked white fish from Costco last week. It was pretty good and I've used it in many things. I was wondering if the Chowhounds have ideas for the carcass, bones & skin. I love making soups. I was thinking maybe a fish stew where I boil the carcass and get broth and a little meat. Maybe mix that with a potatoe based soup concoction. Any other ideas?
