Help !!! Smoked & Dried Hungarian sausage

Can someone suggest a few places to get this sausage made naturally ?. I just ordered some and it is just loaded with liquid Smoke and Nitrites (says so right on the label). They probably smoked it for 10 minutes just so they can call it smoked. Who ever heard of adding nitrites to a properly smoked sausage. So much for tradition. Well my dilemma.
