So a while ago I got a bulk supply of different grass fed/local meat that I have been working through. The last cut is a 3.75 lb slab that is labelled "Smoked Ham-Boneless." I'm not quite sure if this is partially cooked? Fully cooked? It's just been sitting in my freezer because I have no idea what to do with it. It looks to be at least partially cooked by appearance. Any suggestions of how to re-heat/finish cooking/dishes to incorporate it in, etc?
I'm gluten and lactose free but pretty good at substituting. Not a picky eater at all. Actually don't have an oven but my landlords do upstairs so I could always borrow theirs. I also have a stove, toaster oven, slow cooker and instant pot (slow cooker, pressure cooker, etc).
