OK, I'm an Asian food idiot, but other than tea smoked duck I've never really thought of Asian food in terms of smoked items, perhaps some sausages.
However, I had smoked salmon at Renee's yesterday (which I can't believe is common) and Melanie mentioned smoked chicken in another post.
So are there smoked meats and fishes at Asian restuarnts or delis in the Bay Area? What would I be asking for? I'm not interested in duck though.
