Very small wedding reception after Central Park wedding??

My partner and I will be getting married in Central Park (have already applied for a permit) on Friday May 3rd at 5:30 pm. We are coming from Tennessee to legally get married since same-sex marriage is not allowed here - so thank you in advance New York! Anyways, we have a loving family and they will be traveling up to NYC for our joyous occasion.

The big problem though is finding a location to have a small dinner afterwards. There will only be a total of 12 people (that includes us) but I want to have a nice private place that we can celebrate at afterwards.

We are looking to spend $30-45/person. Thankfully no one is big on drinking alcohol so that is a big budget saver. More importantly though is finding a place that would offer a GLUTEN FREE option because my partner and I are both gluten free (although technically it is a wheat allergy, it's just easier to be gluten free) We love ethnic food (I am Colombian) but some of her family is picky so nothing too crazy. Also not big on seafood - the family joke is that we live in a land-locked state so why bother eating seafood? But we do eat meat. (Even better would be if they allowed us to bring in a gluten free cake from a local bakery or just had a decent dessert option for us)

We prefer to find something that has a lot of meal options and honestly we don't need it to be fancy fancy, we just want somewhere that we know we can secure seating/reservations in advance and that has a menu we can work with. We don't even mind if it is a small "mom & pop" place - that would probably make the entire experience more unique.

We will be traveling to NYC this weekend (January 19-22) so we hope to get some replies with places we can physically go check out and see if it will work.

Oh one more thing, we prefer to be close to the Central Park area (South). But if we travel a bit that would be okay we just don't want to have a long subway ride or drive to our reception BUT if the place is worth it then definitely we would make it happen.

I appreciate all the advice in advance and I am sure that someone will know of places that will work!
