Cooking my first Christmas dinner for a whopping 4 people (3 adults and a small child - so let's say 3 1/2 people). Protein wise I was thinking of making Roast Lamb and Salmon. Should I get a boneless roast or leg? Is one more fool proof to cook than the other? How much should I buy? Can anyone reccomend a good recipe for Lamb and/or Salmon. Would like something very flavorful but not spicy.
