Skinning Hazlenuts - What's all the Fuss About

The other thread was too far down the board. Try this instead of running out to pay big bucks for skinned hazlenuts. I made these today to go with some haricots. Crank your oven up to 375F and put the nuts on a pan and go about 5 to 7 minutes till somewhat brown and smelling good. Take them out and with one hand and using five fingers... assuming the middle finger is not in use making a statement against some people with an agenda... rub the skin off. 1-2-3 easy.
