Simple but special way to show off raw cream

I was perusing the dairy case at my local natural foods market yesterday and was seduced by a pint of raw cream. I've heard many times that raw cream is much superior to pasteurized cream, so I decided to check it out (although I almost changed my mind when I got to the register and found out it was $12.49!).

So now I have this very expensive pint of cream, and I need a recipe that will really make it shine and have been worth the expense.

Ideas?
