Ordered the 4 entrees for $28.

Short ribs with red wine sauce: the short ribs seemed to be marinated in slightly sweet sauce, dry sauteed and tasted excellent. I could eat this everyday.

Steamed Tilapia: lots of sliced gingers and green onions. But the fish had slightly muddy taste although they claimed that they are fresh. The sauce is probably thickened oyster sauce. Not good

Seafood with vermicelli: mix of calamari, white flesh fish and prawns. Too salty for my taste.

Chicken in hunan sauce: roasted chicken pieces in slightly sweet brown sauce. Just ok but will not reorder.

So 1 out of 4 is not a good score IMO. Not sure I will come back. I had much better success ratio at the cheaper China Tofu in Union city.
