Many of you have asked for a sneak preview of the Tuna menu for Tuesday, well, here we go.  Please keep in mind though, we are dealing with three different cooks, you know how cooks can be.  At any time between now and Tuesday, they may change their menu items in it's entirety or simply change the preparation of same, .... well you know what I'm saying.  Therefore, we ask that you do not hold us to the following menu, it is purely for entertainment and enticing purposes only.  Also, please keep in mind that we always able to accomodate vegetarians in at least two, if not all three courses.  

If you haven't booked your table as of yet, reply now or call the event line (781-316-1884) today.  Tuesday is only hours away!!

First Course  Nathan Tasato (Clio)
Tuna Three Ways
Hawaiian Poke, Tuna Taco and Summer Vegetables
tossed in a Tunatto Sauce

Second Course Tomas Garcia  (B Side Lounge)
Black Pepper and Herb Rubbed Cured Tuna
over tender Pea Greens and a Fresh Sauerkraut
with Apple Smoked Bacon
and a Home Made Horseradish Mustard

Third Course Manny Sifnugel (Claremont Cafe)
Seared Tuna
over a Black Bean and Rice Cake
with Baby Bok Choy and Mirin Vinaigrette
