But I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do for sides. I was thinking maybe something w/ carrots and/or rice? It's just going to be me eating it most likely, but I am making 2 servings of the chicken so I can take one to work for lunch.
So, any ideas? On the healthy side would be great :)
