we have all tried the usual spicy wonton, dan dan noodle, spicy beef tendon, water-boiled beef, Ma Po Tofu, Cellophane Noodles with Minced Pork, tea-flavored duck, tofu fish etc.
I heard from some friends that Sichuanese think that the more exotic dishes from the chinese only menu are more authentic than the ones from the regular menu? there are suppose to be a lot more innard dishes on there (kidneys, liver, etc)
