Siam Square - Cobb County, GA

Milt | Mar 4, 200405:57 PM

Today I planned to have lunch at Crazy Cuban on Terrill Mill Road, but they are gone. A Brazilian sports grille is going to be opening at the location.

I had been wanting to try Siam Square on Windy Hill Road in the old Sukothai location since reading about it. I had a curry sampler called Curry! Curry! Curry! priced at $9. All other lunch entrees are
$7.50 or $8. The waiter recommended the dish, and suggested that I order beef, chicken and shrimp to go with the red, green and Siam Square special curry - I think I have the appropriate sequence. My only complaint, beyond not refilling my water glass was that the $1.50 upcharge for shrimp was applied to my sampler - which contained three shrimp. It seems that a lesser upcharge might have been appropriate. I assumed the $1.50 would only apply when the entire entree came with shrimp - such as a plate of red curry shrimp, green curry shrimp, or pa-nang shrimp.

Regardless of the pricing, the food was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to get back and try something else on the menu.
