Opened on Alberta. A strange Thai fusion. Chef from Rio di Janeiro. The building is an old power substation. The person that decided this should be a restaurant was a big dreamer with lots of money. Walls 1' thick concrete. They took out a good portion of the inside walls, must have been a huge job. Ceilings high, with lots of skylights. Full bar on one side, restaurant on the other. Get this... to get to the kitchen, you go out the back door, and across a sidewalk to a seperate bldg. Nice rooftop deck for warm days. The whole thing is just so strange I think people might flock to it, though the prices are a bit high for Thai food. There are about 25 4-tops.
The menu is very strange, but I kinda liked it. I'll post it on my site over the weekend for anyone interested.
