Shunji Lunch, and persimmon pudding no less

Here's what I had with the premium lunch:

seabass
trumpet fish
red snapper
brown striped snapper
trout
tuna
toro
sb uni
ikura
albacore
baby yellowtail
snow crab
blue crab hand roll.

then i added three more pieces:

barracuda
marinated 0-toro
hokkaido uni.

and then miso soup with golden eye snapper with the bones.

a bleu cheese purple potato ball topped with sliver of dried persimmon.

dessert: my chocolate mousse, asian or korean pear slices, and persimmon pudding, suave and not too sweet.

In a word: BEYOND FUCKING EXCEPTIONAL.

nuff said.
