Please help me shorten my list!

Hello, a few friends and I (4 total) will be visiting Vancouver next week for a total of 4 days and nights. Mainly looking to try out the amazing food I keep hearing about. I've done a bit of researching and so far this is what I have. I'd appreciate it if you all could help me out cutting this list down, or even recommending some higher quality stuff. We're big fans of asian food and come from LA/San Francisco, so if there's anything that would blow our minds, we'd love to check it out :) Thanks!

Burdock & Co

Poutine is on our list of must-try's and I'm thinking about checking out Fritz fry house, unless someone can recommend something else.

Dim sum will be a must for us as well. We have a car so we can drive down to Richmond, where I've read has higher quality stuff. Koi Palace in Daly City is my absolute favourite and I have yet to find a place I've enjoyed more, so if Vancouver/Richmond has something comparable or even better, I'd love to try it. Thanks!

Also, we'd like to possibly check out an oyster bar/good seafood spot. Maybe a good happy hour spot? Going all out on fresh seafood is definitely out of our budget, but if there's a spot we must try, we'll look into it.

Thank you all so much, can't wait to visit!!
