1st time to Seattle, in town for a conference from April 10th - 14th, bringing wife for the food! We're looking forward to oysters, seafood, and whatever else we can't find fresh in NYC.
Staying at the Sheraton on Union b/w 6th & 7th. We arrive Friday evening a bit late. Maybe someplace for a late snack and drink near there. Then we have a res at Rockcreek on Saturday night. Would also like an oyster lunch/brunch either Saturday or Sunday and a fancy dinner Sunday night. Monday I'd like to try to take out some customers, younger guys so someplace loud and brash would be good for that.
I'm not too concerned about prices, but by no means am I opposed to a great hole in the wall. We're mostly interested in local produce and American food, we've plenty of good ethnic options at home. However if the best dungeoness crab is to be find at a Ukranian Nigerian fusion joint in the basement of a church we're not opposed to that either.
thank in advance!
