Hi there, I know there are other posts on this subject here but really there was so much info that I wasn't able get an answer to my exact question.
I have a bottle of your standard Sandemans Sherry (Sweet or cream) which I use once a year to make Sherry Triffle at Christmas. I never drink it. It is now open two years and I want to use it again this year. Is this madness?
Seriously though, how can I tell if it is bad? Will the taste itself be enough to tell me if it is unusable or is it unhealthy to use it after this long? Obviously it in only added to a dessert but with out cooking. Thanks!
