Sharing a very nice side dish, Savory Mush/Fennel Bread Pudding (revised) in individual ramikins

wanted to share this great recipe from chowhound where I added my own touch - see pic. I added a lil chopped red pepper, garlic, walnuts and apricots. I used a roasted garlic ciabatta bread and instead of a baking dish - (I was inspired by a wonderful dining experience in Maine where I had an individual savory bread pudding) - I used cupcake tins.
