And the turkey burger is pretty damn tasty too. But these are my favorite fries. Last night they were a little slow and we got our food directly from the kitchen to our table with no "down time" in the pick up window. The fries were piping hot and unbelievably wonderful. Not overly crisp, not limp - just right. And they are salted, but not too much salt. They leave some of the skin on, but not an over the top amount. I order turkey for my burgers here now because the beef ones changed and not for the better unfortunately. My burger was the BBQ sauce, grilled onions and bacon one. My wife had her usual Nob Hill sandwich (chicken salad on non-toasted sourdough bread with added raw red onions).
In & Out needs to send their Chief French Fry maker over here and learn how to do it right and then carry the secret back to all of their I&O stores.
Just west of Sawtelle on Pico (on the N side of the street) right where Exposition vees off to the right in WLA.
