Looking around for a info about another SF burger joint, I came across reports about Gamin's a corner market with a few tables that is is said to have some good cheap eats and beer. It's been in the nabe since 1975 but nothing I could find on Chowhound.
They also have kabobs according to the menu
There's a lamb chop plate (about $10) or Salmon plate (about $6) with rice and salad.
I'm intrigued by the surf and turf which is two pieces of fried fish on top of a burger ... $4.98 with fries.
Surf and Rurf ... what would that be? Hot dog on burger?
Anyone know if the burger is flame-broiled? Looking at a picture of the kabobs, it looks like open-flame cooking is available here.
Burritos also available.
So what's the food like?
