SF chowhoud needs recommendations for dinner in PDX

Any Portlandian's out there with recommendations for a nice dinner in Portland?

I tried Park Kitchen last time I was in town and while I was very impressed with the food, was completely underwhelmed with the service -- some of the worst I've ever had actually, which is a shame considering the quality of the fare. I may still go back, but am a little gun shy at this point.

I've also been to Bouchon, Piazza Italia, Oba, and Wildwood all of which are great, but I'm always up for trying something new.

How about Carlyle, Paley's, Higgin's, or clarklewis? Any others out there that are worth considering?

If you had only one meal to eat in Portland where would it be?

Thanks!
