I am going to try the recipe posted below. Should I serve it as an appetizer or main course.
I thought with the mushrooms it could be a main course with a light salad with nuts and fruit.
As an appetizer - maybe with turkey marsala and broccoli rabe - which I have never made- are the results as good as veal?
and a dessert. this needs to be small and portable- as in one person may like to have some and another not- or maybe later, etc.
