I need to keep this on a tight budget, I'm cooking myself and some help, and it is for 200 people. We are having 2 Cholents. Fleish and Parve, I need some kind of tray filler food. I was thinking of making quiche/ fritata, we also have a fish table they need to have herring. I am making a red cabbage/apple salad, and raw sauerkraut, beets, and fruit.. chips, salsa, and hummus. What else? I was thinking of pasta salad that I can also make a gf one..
