Does it make sense to brine "treated" pork tenderloin?

I bought a bunch of pork tenderloin and it said "All Natural" on the label. When I looked closer when I got home, there is an asterisk and it says something like injected with a 12% solution of pork broth and salt. I usually brine pork for grilling, but I am inclined to not with this. I'm afraid it might get too salty and is essentially already brined. Thoughts?
