While having dinner last night at Select Oyster I learned from chef/owner Michael Serpa that he is planning to open a new place on Newbury St. It will be a French Bistro with a more diverse menu and is scheduled to open right after Labor Day. I'm a big fan of Select Oyster so I have high expectations for Michael's new venture. I'm hoping that he sticks with some of the French bistro classics like a great Steak Frites, Coq au Vin, Onion Soup a great cheese board and great desserts,
