Seeking Suggestions for Food Scavenger Hunt

kresge86 | Apr 6, 200711:08 AM     16

I will be hosting a food scavenger hunt, and am looking for suggestions for food items I can add to the scavenger hunt list. Here's the basic idea - I give each team a list of gourmet food items to find AND BRING BACK (rather than just taking a photo of food, we will actually enjoy the food) to the party. Each item is worth a specified # of points, depending on difficulty, price & yumminess. Winning team will win food prizes. Everyone wins in terms of getting to eat the food findings after the scavenger hunt. As host, I will prepare the entree, but all the other food at the party will result from the scavenger hunt. I'm only looking for food items that you know can be found in the City of SF. Any suggestions?
