Seeking Shrimp Soo-Chow

Many years ago at the wonderful Harbin Restaurant at 100th Street & Broadway, I had a most delicious dish called Shrimp Soo-Chow. If memory serves me correctly, they were baby shrimp garnished with green peas in a white sauce. I have NEVER had anything that comes close to approaching the taste of this dish. Anyone remember the dish or better yet tell me where it can be found?
