Thanks to Hurricane Harvey I'm beginning the process of restocking my entire cookware collection. I'd be interested in any observations from fellow Chowhound fans. Do you prefer All Clad, and if so, which kind (copper core, non-stick, d5, etc.) or LeCresuet? Or, are there brands I'm not aware of that you like? Also, I'd appreciate any advice on where to get the best deals. Lastly, baking sheets? Any advise there? I was prepared to go for Williams Sonoma gold, but read several bad reviews. Appreciate any thoughts and guidance there as well. Thanks!
