There use to be a tiny restaurant called Sima's (or Chez Sima maybe?) in Fairlawn, NJ. I was SO sad when she closed! She use to have this vegetable stew she served over cous cous. She said it was Yemeni (edited to add I am remembering another time she said it was Moroccan) but another day she said it was Israeli so I don't really know. It was tomato based, lots of veggies, and so delicious on a cold day. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Any recs for recipes?
