I've recently had a great Caesar salad dressing abroad that am trying to replicate. It had finely chopped green olives, parmesan cheese and anchovies. It wasn't oily (although it had a bit of oil), it was white ish in color, and I couldn't taste eggs, garlic or mustard, but maybe it had them -- I can't tell.
Can you please help? I tried googling recipes, but interestingly enough, no Caesar dressing recipes had green olives. Thanks!
