Yesterday, in the farthest recesses of my fridge, I retrieved a jar of something labelled Peruvian Pickled Garlicc. There was a label on it noting that it had been made in 1996, and that it was supposed to age for a while.
But now I can't find the recipe for PPG in my master cooking notebook, or anywhere on the web.
Does anyone have such a recipe, or has anyone seen it? Tnx.
