What secrets doth your recipe file hold?

I often wonder that in spite of all the grand recipes posted here, etc etc. if someone doesn't maintain a part of their recipe file that they never talk
about. Well, I do. I call it "Remembering the Fifties and Fast Food Clones". Now I don't make these everyday but I do gaze at them often. I consider it a fun thing. I also have a fifties juke box on my website that has a lot of old records on it.. but also modern and also "Philip Glass". Also, I have updated some of the recipes.. The mac and cheese I now make with smoked
gouda cheese and caramalized onions. BTW, the last two times I made this I felt it should be a bit more creamy. Should I add more cheese or more liquid? Also the meatloaf I now make more like the boston market version, just use sirloin with no onions, no green peppers etc. I still need a good gravy for this but am still working on suggestions (using Jack DAniels Tenn Whiskey) from Lindsay B's post on pan gravies. BTW Lindsay, how are you doing on this. Anyway, here are some of the things I have in my file (does this mean that I will never attain chowhound status):

Remembering the Fifties Plus Fast Food Clones

Root Beer Floats
Old Fashioned Grilled Cheese
The Ranch Burger
Chocolate Soda
Fountain Syrups
Macaroni & Smoked Gouda Cheese
Old Fashioned Moist Meatloaf
Chocolate Malt
Chili Grape Meatballs
Arby's Horseradish Sauce
McDonalds Big Mac Sauce
Hard Rock Cafe Orange Freeze
A & W Chili Hotdog
White Castle Hamburger
TGI Fridays Jack Daniels Dipping Sauce
TGI Fridays Jack Daniels Grill Glaze
