Went to Portage Bay Cafe on 65th.
Their motto, "Eat Like You Give A Damn"
I say, "Wait Tables Like You Give A Damn"
Now I read a menu online (Walrus & Carpenter) with a mandatory 20% service charge.
That's what I normally tip for good service.
Where is the incentive to give good service?
And what would you do at this place if you received poor service?
