In Search Of Stuffed (rolled) Turkey Breast

MikeR | Nov 16, 201604:56 PM     9

Has anyone run into this in a local market this season? I used to get it at Trader Joe's, but they aren't stocking it this year. It's a breast removed from the bone and rolled around a wad of stuffing. It's just perfect for feeding a mob of three for Thanksgiving, none of which of us like turkey enough to be eating leftovers for a week or two.

It seems like it should be pretty easy to make but I don't want to buy a breast and try to dissect it myself neatly. Maybe a butcher shop would do that for me? But where are the butchers (Arlington/Falls Church area) any more?
