In search of Brisket

All things being equal id rather have a classic potroast more than any other food. Excet maybee Shui Mai, shawarma, and lobster cantonese. (Can any foods give my ethnic backround away more?)

Any great briskets in SF that you recommend? Eastcoast West Deli, Aunt Millies, and Tommy's has been suggested. Any experiances?
