Sort of a dog-bites-man story...Minneapolis-based Oceanaire Seafood Room is going to open an outpost this fall in Baltimore at the Harbor East development - where the Four Seasons Hotel is going to be. They claim that they will tailor two-thirds of their menu to "local tastes". Will everything have Old Bay dumped on it one wonders? Bonefish Grill is also invading - with one already open in Owings Mills, and another going into Glen Burnie.

Meanwhile, Nick's in the Cross Street Market is going to close for renovations in May or June and will open with more seating later in the summer.
