Had a few pizzas the other night at chef Brian Hill's new spot. Simply the best pizza I've had around these parts. Inventive toppings (mushroom puree, cauliflower, home-made mozz!)...perfectly done crust, with just the right amount of char. It's loud for sure...hard to talk to your tablemates. I would like a greater selection of wines...having only one Chianti but three Lambruscos (and I'm a dry Lambrusco fan) is a bit puzzling. I also prefer my salad to come dressed, rather than doing it old school with wine and vinegar on the table, but that's a minor quibble. All in all, excellent!
