Per Se--waiter Peter D

BrooklynNosher | Dec 3, 2004 10:35 AM

We have had several sublime business dinners at Per Se. For the first few, our waiter was Peter D {rest of last name intentionally omitted}. Although we have asked to be seated in his section for our last 3 visits, each time upon arrival we were told he had the day off. Does anyone know if he has moved to another restaurant? Since our clients still speak about how every part of the Per Se dining experience was great, we may want to follow him to his new employment(at least for those clients who have already been to Per Se). Our more recent experiences at Per Se have not been the same and the clients, while pleaesed, have not raved as much. The only difference between these visits and the earlier ones has been the service. (And no, this is not a post by Peter D or his mother.)
