Is it possible to have too many great reservations?

I didn't think we would have this problem when I booked my lunch at EMP, but on a whim I called Per Se to see if they had anything for the Sept. weekend we'll be in town and they did! Sept. 17th @ 10pm. She said I got the last reservation in September! It will be our second time at Per Se and I can't wait to surprise my husband for our anniversary.

Anyway, I'm thinking I should find a different lunch now. If we do 2pm at EMP {must try the chicken that RGR speaks so highly of}, are we going to be super full for PS that night? I really want to be able to enjoy our PS meal to the fullest. But we won't have another chance to go to EMP on this trip or our next, so I'm inclined to keep it.

What should we do? We land at 11am and planning on going straight to our hotel {The Greenwich} to drop our bags. Maybe we should have lunch at Locanda Verde or head over to Maialino? We'd like to try both, but of course there is only so many meals in a long weekend. :) Anything else in the area that wouldn't leave us super full for the night? Am I overthinking this?
